The DNAppunti coreografici’s 2020 call for entries is online
We are glad to announce that the DNAppunti coreografici’s 2020 call for entries is online. The call for entries aims at choosing an Italian choreographer or group, who will pursue a research path by providing them various forms of support, in order to develop their idea.
Deadline: May 31, 2020
DNAppunti coreografici is a support project for young choreographers UNDER THE AGE OF 35, supported by a team effort in Italy, that consists of a collaboration between the National Production Center Florence – Virgilio Sieni’s company, Operaestate Festival / CSC Center for the Contemporary Scene of the Municipality of Bassano del Grappa, L’arboreto – Teatro Dimora | La Corte Ospitale ::: Centro di Residenza Emilia Romagna, the Romaeuropa foundation, Bologna’s Gender Bender Festival and Triennale Milano Teatro.
The goal of the project is to choose an Italian choreographer or group, who will develop their idea by pursuing a research path in which they will receive various forms of support: itinerant residencies, a critical eye, follow-up activities, financial resources and visibility.
Up to a maximum of 4 projects will be selected and, on November 1st, 2020, they will present their choreographic work in Rome during the Romaeuropa Festival in front of a jury of experts, who will reward the project with greater potential with a supported research program for 2021.
WHO IS IT ADDRESSED TO?
DNAppunti coreografici is aimed at young choreographers or groups UNDER THE AGE of 35 residing in Italy or abroad and foreigners domiciled in Italy.
HOW TO PARTICIPATE
It is possible to send your application by 11:59 pm on May 31, 2020 by filling in the online registration form. Applications beyond the indicated date will not be accepted.
