Bolero / Trip Tic

Choreography: Giorgia Nardin, Chiara Frigo, Francesca Pennini
Original music: Claude Debussy and Maurice Ravel
Three pieces of music compose the new triptych of Balletto di Roma, which ties up to the season of Russian Ballet in Europe at the beginning of the 20thcentury. Giorgia Nardin presents L’Après-midi d’un Faun on Debussy’s original music; Chiara Frigo stages a work inspired by Debussy’s Suite Bergamasque; Francesca Pennini offers the creation of Bolero on Ravel’s music.
For the show, a group of young dancers (dance companion) will go with the audience, inviting the spectators to watch the show, then discuss and share their impressions right after watching it: an initiative of the European project Pivot Dance by Centro per la Scena Contemporanea of Bassano del Grappa along with the contemporary dance three-year course of Balletto di Roma.
Pre-sale tickets on Vivaticket (with commission).
