Dance To Meet You: Love Rituals

Starting from the need for a non-individualistic political body to explore our relationship with power, the purpose is to create a collective transformation ritual in which gender is no longer perceived, in order to evoke freedom, joy, desire and change.

Roberta Racis (Cagliari, 1990) studied dance both in Italy (Balletto di Toscana) and Belgium (La Raffinerie / Charleroi Danse and DansCentrum Jette), where she expanded her contemporary education. Thanks to her first work Shelter she was selected for Vetrina della giovane danza d’autore by Anticorpi Xl Network of Ravenna.  She worked with several Italian and international choreographers including Francesca Pennini, Alessandro Sciarroni, Roxane Huilmand, Juliana Piers Neves, Chris Haring, Itamar Serussi Sahar. She has been a member of the Italian company Balletto di Roma since 2015.
