*In double bill with What happened in Torino? by Andrea Costanzo Martini
Inspired on the remains of the Lovers found in Pompeii, which dates back to 79 AD, this creation wants to shed a light on a love that was suddenly interrupted by the overbearing force of nature. With this performance, Adriano Bolognino challenges gender stereotypes and the concept of time to give viewers the possibility to dream about an absolute love.
Adriano Bolognino, a young choreographer and performer, started shaping his career in Naples alongside Ferdinando Arenella, becoming his choreography assistant. Soon he also became a dancer in Arenella’s company Entropia Dance Company, with which he performs for several theater shows. He later moved to Milan where he joined the Milan Contemporary Ballet company directed by Roberto Altamura. As a choreographer he began his experience in Rome, with YELLOW, a project selected for the BPFORM platform and subsequently for the TeatroCittà festival.
