PAPÀ, MAMMA E GENDER – DAD, MUM AND GENDER
In any debate on discrimination and violence against women, homosexuals and transsexuals, the so-called “gender theory” is often brought up. In her book Michela Marzano sheds light on the stereotypes and errors that creep into discourses on gender, clearly explaining their origins and implications, putting herself on the line and telling of her own experience of being “excluded”.
Michela Marzano is the author of numerous essays and articles on moral and political philosophy. In Italy she has published, among others: Sii bella e stai zitta (2010), Volevo essere una farfalla (2011), L’amore è tutto. È tutto ciò che so dell’amore (Premio Bancarella 2014). She is a member of the Italian Parliament.
