TOWARDS A QUEER GENEALOGY – ARTISTIC STRATEGIES FOR LGBT ARCHIVES
E.G. Crichton is an artist and professor of art at the University of California, Santa Cruz. She lives in San Francisco where since 2008 she has worked with the GLBT Historical Society, that uses a wide range of artistic strategies and materials to explore social issues, history and issues relating to specific places. She often works in community settings, crossing disciplines, with visual artists, performers, writers, scientists and composers. His work has been exhibited in art and public institutions and installations in Europe, Asia, Australia and the United States.
