Paris 05:59 (Théo et Hugo dans le même bateau)
Winner of the public Teddy Award at the Berlinale 66, the film tells, – in real time – of the explosion of desire and then the birth of a deep connection between Théo (Geoffrey Couët) and Hugo (François Nambot), in the heart of a Parisian night. From a dark room to the deserted streets of Paris, we follow the first steps towards a love story that deals with emotional turmoil and the ghosts of HIV. “This is a story about the moment when we understand that we’re falling in love and we accept this love, even if we know that sooner or later the price we have to pay will be high” (Jacques Martinau).
