Pas de deux, the winning project of DNAppunti Choreografici 2021, reinterprets the classic roles of the pas de deux in a contemporary key, by presenting them over a fast-paced electronic music. The two dancers, shrouded in darkness, use their free and light bodies to create new and unexpected trajectories. Space, body and music dialogue with each other to create new visual landscapes and new forms of virtuosity, drawing on timeless ideas and images.
