Gender Bender Festival is coming back, and we are looking for people to help make it happen!

The events will take place from October 29th to November 7th in various locations throughout the city of Bologna, including theaters, cinemas, meseums, and community spaces. The program includes dance performances, workshops, film screenings, talks, presentations, meetings, debates, and parties!

Being part of the team as a volunteer means experiencing the festival and actively contributing to its success, helping the staff and getting to know the protagonists of the events on the program.

If you want to get involved and put yourself out there, you are the person we are looking for!

What could your duties be?

• Validating tickets for the performances
• Welcoming the audience during performances, movie screenings, and events
• Logistical support
• Administering audience profiling questionnaires

Requirements for participation

• Be of legal age
• Flexible hours
• Willingness to get involved

To fully enjoy the Festival experience, we ask that you be available for at least 5 shifts.
