Nach
Anne-Marie Van, Aka Nach, is a French artist. A personality with a multifaceted style, her work mixes different styles and languages including krumping (inspired by the work of David LaChapelle), street dance, contemporary dance, Butô dance, visual arts, film, and experimental music. Nach, entered the dance world in 2008 through krumping. She collaborates at the same time with choreographer Heddy Maalem and director Marcel Bozonnet, on the musical side with Koki Nakano and Ruth Rosenthal, in the world of cinema with the Kourtrajmé collective. In 2017 he created his first solo, “Cellule,” which was followed in 2019 by “Beloved Shadows,” produced after a trip to Japan where he encountered Nô theater, Bunraku and Butô dance. Far from predefined categories, his work claims a multiple identity by interweaving multiple languages.
