Gender Bender is back! We are looking for people who are willing to help make the festival happen.

The events will take place throughout the city of Bologna and surrounding areas, including theaters, cinemas, libraries and community centers. The program includes dance performances, workshops, film screenings, meetings, debates, exhibitions and parties!

Being part of the volunteer team means getting inside the Festival and actively contributing to its realization, cooperating with the staff and getting to know the key players who will be part of it.

What might your duties be?

• Event assistant and audience reception: event assistants will have the role of receiving, assisting and managing audiences during film screenings, theater performances, literary meetings, workshops and other events within the program. 
• Front desk and Reception at the Festival Center: during the Festival period an information desk will be set up at the Festival Center, and volunteers will help the audience with the purchase of tickets and membership passes, give information about the program and other important information about attending book presentations and meetings.
• Setting up spaces: a volunteer team will set up the Festival spaces according to the needs of different events.
• Questionnaires for the audience: a team of volunteers will present a profile questionnaire and submit it to the audience for completion.
