IN FORME
presentation of Dolki Min‘s book in dialogue with Antonia Caruso

Dolki Min’s debut novel is part psychological thriller, part scathing critique of social structures that marginalize those considered different: people with disabilities, queer people, nonconformists. Dolki Min uses the trope of aliens killing people to explore society’s expectations of gender identities, relationships with bodies, and what it means to have an insatiable hunger: for contact, blood, and love.
In Forme, they discover humanity in those we consider alien and reveal how alienation can shape the human experience.
