Krump! Initiation et transversalité

Workshop with Nach

1 show for this event

Krumping, an urban dance that originated in the early 2000s in the outskirts of Los Angeles as a form of protest by the African-American community, is the focus of Nach’s workshop. Krumping, an energetic and disruptive street genre, encompasses several disciplines such as boxing or chest pop. During the workshop, the multiple choreographic languages that make it a genre that is far from predefined categories and that over the years have distinguished the French dancer’s stylistic signature will be explored.
