A dance lecture in which Nach shows on stage the history and movements of Krumping, a disruptive urban dance that originated in the suburbs of Los Angeles as a form of protest by the African-American community. From freestyle to boxing, Krumping is a mixture of various forms of expression and incorporates the violence and discrimination suffered by the African American community, a way to get rid of this through movement. Like in a game of mirrors between codes and languages, the choreographer uses her powerful body to tell from a personal perspective what made her fall in love with this discipline, giving us a fascinating, intense and profound performance.
