Gender Bender is coming back, and we are looking for people to help make it happen!

The events will take place from October 30th to November 8th in various locations throughout the city of Bologna, including theaters, cinemas, libraries, and community spaces. The program includes dance performances, workshops, film screenings, meetings, debates, exhibitions, and parties!

Being part of the team as a volunteer means experiencing the Festival and actively contributing to its success, helping the staff and getting to know the protagonists of the events on the program.

If you want to get involved, you are the person we are looking for!

What could your duties be?

• Auditorium assistance, ticket validation, and audience reception: welcoming, assisting, and managing the audience during film screenings, shows, meetings, workshops, and other events included in the program.
• Reception at the Festival Center (at DAS) and information desk: helping with the purchase of tickets and season tickets, providing information on the program, venues, and how to participate.
• Support with setting up spaces.
• Administering questionnaires to the public: asking the public to fill out a profiling questionnaire.

Requirements for participation

• Be of legal age
• Flexible hours
• Willingness to get involved

To fully enjoy the Festival experience, we ask that you be available for at least 4/5 shifts (each shift lasts 2 hours).
