Male bisexuality has been addressed very little in research. Giuseppe Burgio’s essay, published by Mimesis, aims to fill the gap by studying the scientific literature on homosexuality, in order to offer possible interpretations related to bisexuality that have been little analyzed until now. In parallel, this volume analyzes contemporary changes in male heterosexuality, which are characterized by an increasing sexual experimentation. A collection of desires, practices and examples of forms of representation that aim at challenging the traditional way in which we think about male sexuality and sexual orientation, moving toward a more fluid, complex and queer representation.

LIS interpreter will be present at the presentation
