The official Gender Bender Closing Party

The official Gender Bender party could only be as rich in content and full of queerness as the festival. The event is meant to be a moment to celebrate the ballroom culture and its exuberant community. Mother Kenjii and the iconic Kiki House of Juicy Couture, will perform their reckless choreographies, showing off their most outrageous outfits, in a mix of dance, performance and haute couture runway show (queer couture of course). The party’s music, on the other hand, is entrusted to a long list of guests, starting with Protopapa, a DJ, producer, and promoter known for his sets that mix house and nu-disco music with an ever-fresh pop sensibility. His DJ set will be opened by Hard Ton’s show, the oversize queen whose falsetto and acid-house productions have conquered seminal labels such as the Permanent Vacation and Toy Tonics, as well as international clubs and festivals such as Berghain and Sziget. To top it off, Mads and Wawashi Deejay will take turns in the console serving house music all night long!
