The call for the DNAppunti coreografici’s next edition is online!

WHO IS IT FOR?

DNAppunti coreografici is looking for choreographers or Italian collectives under 35: artists must not have been born before 1990.

MAIN GOAL

The aim of the project is to find an Italian choreographer or collective with an idea to develop. The winning project will receive different kinds of support: creative residencies, critical accompaniment and tutoring activities, economic resources and scheduled shows.

WHAT WE OFFER

Il progetto vincitore dell’edizione 2025 di DNAppunti coreografici otterrà, attraverso i contributi dei partner, un sostegno complessivo alla produzione così definito: 

• 39 giorni di residenza artistica nell’anno 2026
• Contributo economico complessivo di un max. 18.500,00 euro
• 5 repliche del progetto realizzato all’interno delle programmazioni dei partner
• Percorso di accompagnamento critico e tutoraggio curato dai partner di progetto

Thanks to the contributions of various partners, the winning project of the 2023 edition of DNAppunti choreografici will receive overall production support that consists of:

• 39 days of artistic residency in 2026
• Economic contribution, up to a maximum of 18,500.00 euros
• 5 performances of the project during our partners’ programming.
• Critical support and tutoring path managed by the project partners

DNAppunti coreografici is a project that aims at supporting young choreographers under the age of 35. This initiative is promoted and supported by a collaboration between Virgilio Sieni’s National Production Center for Dance, Operaestate Festival / CSC Center for the Contemporary Scene of the Municipality of Bassano del Grappa, L’arboreto – Teatro Dimora | Centro di Residenza Emilia Romagna, the Romaeuropa Foundation, Bologna’s Gender Bender Festival and Triennale Milano Teatro.
